Bougatsa pie with cream

                            Ingredients
- 1 pack of alfa puff pastry ”tou cheriou sas”
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup thin semolina
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 vanilla
- 3 eggs
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Execution
Place the milk, sugar, butter in a saucepan and stir until melted. Add the semolina and stir until the cream thickens. Remove the pan from the heat. Once slightly cool, pour the beaten eggs and add a little cinnamon. In a greased baking pan, place one filo sheet, cover with the cream, add the other sheet on the top, and bake at about 180° for about 45'. Serve with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
