Zagori Style - “Kassiata”

It was born in Zagori and 'reborn' with a lot of respect from alfa: a genuine traditional pie with characteristically crinkled filo and rich filling. The entire area of Zagori, in a pie!!

Zagori-style “Kassiata” with myzithra, feta and gruyere

Bring Epirus to your table! Enjoy the unique Zagori Style Kassita with myzithra, feta, gruyere and its traditional, coutry-style filo dough! Zagori in a pie!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, Myzithra -(whey cheese)25%:( pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), water, cottonseed oil 10%, Feta PDO cheese 6% :( pasteurized goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria), yogurt 2% :( pasteurized cow milk, cream, milk proteins, yogurt lactic acid bacteria), Contain less than 2%: maize starch,extra virgin olive oil 1,3% , gruyere 1% :( pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria, rennet),salt,wheat semolina, maize flour,dextrose seasoning. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F). Remove only the paper cover of the package and place the pie along with its paper pan on the middle grate of the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes (depending on your oven) until it turns golden brown NOTE: Not suitable for microwave cooking - To cook more than one tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system!

Zagori-style “Kassiata” with cheese, spinach, leek, chard

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour,water, Myzithra -(whey cheese)12%:( pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt),cottonseed oil 10%, spinach 8% , onion,green onion 4%,leek 4%,white cheese 3% :( pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria). Contain less than 2%: extra virgin olive oil 1,3%, maize starch, salt,maize flour,wheat semolina, yeast extract, dehydrated vegeetables, vegetables extracts, spices, flavorings, dextrose . Well-known all over Greece! The famous pies from Epirus and more specifically the Zagori-Style Kassiata with its crunchy filo dough and its rich filling with onion, groats, leek and carrot! Zagori in a pie!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, onion 29% water, 11% cotton oil, gruel (from wheat) 3%, corn starch, extra virgin olive oil 1.3% 1% green onions, salt, wheat semolina,maize flour, leek 0.5% carrot 0.5%, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables, vegetables extracts, spices, flavorings, sugar, dextrose. Produced in a factory that uses dairy products, mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.
