INGREDIENTS

Dough 67%: Wheat flour, water, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, salt, dextrose, corn starch. Filling 33%: Mizithra (whey cheese) 77%: (pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), feta PDO cheese 16.5%: (pasteurized goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacterial culture), wheat semolina, graviera cheese 2%: (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacterial culture), egg white powder, yeast extract, flavoring, salt.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F).
  2. Place the mini pies on a tray after greasing it with a little butter or oil
  3. Bake the pies for 20-22 minutes (depending on the performance of your oven) until they turn golden brown.
