So Simple - Traditional thin pastry sheet

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, cottonseed oil 16.5%, durum wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 4%, corn flour 1.5%, salt, dextrose, corn starch. Produced in a factory that uses dairy products, mustard, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, soy products, celery and eggs.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F). Seperate the sheets without thawing them. Take one sheet, add your stuffing and then cover with the other sheet. Bake for approx. 35-40min (depending on the performance of your oven) in the product’s own paper baking tray, until it turns golden brown.

The ready-to-eat pizza base "So Easy" from alfa pastry, has been pre-baked in a stone oven, with authentic Italian dough and tomato sauce just waiting for you to add your favorite toppings. Ready in 7'! “So easy”, so delicious, so simple.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour (gluten), water, tomato puree -slightly concentrated tomato juice 12% (tomato), tomato pulp- slightly concentrated tomato juice 11% (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), olive oil, salt, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil 1%, yeast, malted wheat flour (gluten), sugar, oregano. Produced in a factory that also uses milk, egg, fish, soybeans, nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), crustaceans.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

The product is baked directly from the freezer. No need to defrost! Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Remove the pizza base from the package and add the ingredients of your choice. Place the pizza on a tray  in the middle of your oven. Bake for approximately  7-8΄, depending on the performance of your oven.
