Puff pastry sheets

Puff pastry is the classic puff pastry we all know, but in a flat shape for greater convenience in your creations. Easy to use since very little defrosting time is required. It is even possible to use it directly in a pan without defrosting! Now you can have a crispy, wonderful and delicious puff pastry in no time! The dimensions of each sheet of puff pastry are 38*25cm.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, vegetable fats( palm oil, palm stearin ,soybean oil, water,salt, emulsifier(mono and di-glycerides fatty acids, polyglycerides fatty acids), acidityregulator: citric acid, preservative: pottasium sorbate,coloring:b-carotene,flavoring), water, salt.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Before the use defrost the product, for about 2 hours at room temperature, in its package, so as the product will keep its humidity.

Puff pastry sheet (folded in 4)

A crispy and fluffy puff pastry sheet folded in 4. A 1300g sheet that can meet the demands of any recipe you like! Do not forget to defrost the product at room temperature for approximately 2 hours before use, in order for it to retain its moisture!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, vegetable fats( palm oil ,palm stearin,soybean oil, water, salt, emulsifier(mono and di-glycerides fatty acids, polyglycerides fatty acids), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, coloring: b-carotene,flavoring), water, salt.

Country-style “kihi” filo dough

The well-known "kihi" filo dough now comes in professional packaging. This country-style filo dough gives you the opportunity to create your own pies with the fillings you desire. You can make pies, individual products or mini pies all with a wonderful crispy, traditional, country-style “kihi” filo.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil 3%, salt, dextrose,corn starch,wheat semolina.

Kataifi

Kataifi filo pastry, the famous politiko. This makes the best syrupy sweets. It is a simple, pure filo pastry with the best ingredients to offer your customers the highest quality pastries.

Wheat flour, starch, soya lecithin 0.2%, water, salt, vegetable fats(sunflower oil),preservative :potassium sorbate, calcium propionate.

Crust filo dough

Thin, kneaded and rolled out artfully, just the women of Smyrna used to make it. Such is the artistry that alfa pastry puts into its kneading. Now, you can offer your customers the authentic syrupy sweets the way they were made by the women of Smyrna.

Pizza base

Pre-proofed square pizza base for greater convenience. This pizza base can be used directly in a pan without defrosting! Use the sauce and ingredients of your choice and bake directly. It is fast and easy to use because the defrosting time is short and you can prepare a variety of products. You can roll out the sheet to get a thin pizza base or you can cut into smaller pieces for individual and mini products. You can also make peinirli, calzone, focaccia and more!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, yeast ,vegetable fats (palm oil , palm stearin,soya bean oil,water,salt, emulsifier :mono and di-glycerides fatty of acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids,acidity regulator:citric acid,preservative:potassium sorbate ,coloring:b-carotene, flavoring), milk whey powder, sugar, salt, yeast, dough improver (mono- and di-acetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and di- glycerides of fatty acids, gelling agent: guar gum, enzymes, antioxidant: ascorbic acid

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Place pizza on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.  NOTE: ΝΟΤ SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING-TO COOK MORE THAN ONE TRAY SIMULTANEOUSLY,THE OVEN MUST HAVE A HOT AIR SUSTEM!

Filo pastry - So Easy

Now, you can all save time and effort with the new ready-made filo pastry sheets "so easy - for professionals". The new filo pastry sheets are the ideal base for pies as they are ready to use directly from the freezer. They do not require defrosting and all you have to do is add your own filling. For even greater convenience, each base consists of layers of country-style filo, which are already oiled exclusively with the ideal amount of vegetable oil! Ideal for any savory or sweet creation!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, cottonseed oil, corn flour, salt, dextrose, corn starch.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (356-392°F). Take one sheet, add you stuffing and then cover with the other sheet. Bake for approx. 35-40min (depending on the performance of your oven) until golden brown.

TO COOK MORE THAN ONE BAKING TRAY SIMULTANEOUSLY, THE OVEN MUST HAVE A HOT AIR SYSTEM! NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

Wheat flour, water, slightly concetrated tomato juice19%, wheat semolina, toasted wheat bran, yeast, cooking salt, sunflower oil, olive oil, oregano, black pepper.

Bake at 200-220oC, for 6-7min.
