Butter Croissant

Without any margarine-type vegetable fats, it is truly an ELEGANT temptation with French refinement!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, butter 20.7%, water, sugar, yeast, improver (wheat gluten, thickener (E412), emulsifier (E472e), antioxindant(E300), enzymes), salt, egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Put the product on a tray and preheat the oven at 170°C. Put in the oven with steam injection 3 sec. Baking in ventilated oven: 12 min at 160°C and 5 min at 170°C. Opened damper before the end. NOTE: Optional defrosting: 20 min.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Put the product on a tray and preheat the oven at 170°C.
Baking in ventilated oven: 10 to 15 min at 180°C. Closed damper, 3 sec steam injection. NOTE: Optional defrosting: 10 min.
