Handmade baking tray pies, with a unique country-style filo pastry in 2 amazing versions! Enjoy the crinkled alfa pastry pies with either cheese or spinach with PDO feta. Allow the pies to defrost for 5-10 minutes and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Crinkled cheese pie

The favorite “kihi” filo pastry embraces a rich and traditional cheese filling. The filling consists of a combination of raw materials such as PDO feta, gruyere and yogurt. The “kihi” sheets are crinkled like those of the old, traditional pies. Pie at its best. Served in 8 individual pieces.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, Mizithra cheese 23% ,vegetable oil (cottons eed oil), feta cheese 4%, product with vegetable fats, corn starch, wheat semolina, Gruyere cheese 1%, salt, corn flour, contiments, dextrose.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180-200oC. Place the pies on a tray after greasing it with a little butter or oil. Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake the pies for 40-45 minutes (depending on the performance of your oven) until they turn golden brown. Note: Bake directly without defrosting, if desired. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Spinach & feta cheese crinkled pie

Crinkled country-style filo pastry, rich in spinach, PDO feta, spring onions and leeks. Traditionally a consumer favorite. Made with pure ingredients and guaranteed by the alfa pastry seal of quality. Served in 8 individual pieces.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (cottonseed oil), Mizithra cheese 11%, spinach 8%, onion, spring onion, leek, feta cheese 3%, corn starch, wheat semolina, salt, corn flour, contiments(yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables, vegetable extracts, spices, flavorings), dextrose.
