Kihi Greek Salad

Your favorite traditional kihi pie with alfa pastry’s crunchy country style filo and rich filling, now available in new packaging! Enjoy it’s Greek salad unique flavor and travel in one bite in Greece’s local cuisine and fine tastes! Enjoy kihi pies, individually packed for convenience, making them great for lunch boxes!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, mizithra cheese (whey cheese: pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), cottonseed oil 12%, tomato 4,5%, feta PDO 4%(pasteurized goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacterial), tomato paste(tomato, salt), contain less than 2% (corn starch, onion 1.5%, wheat semolina, salt, green pepper 1%, extra virgin olive oil 1%, dextrose, sugar, potato flakes(dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier: monoand diglycerides of fatty acids , antioxidants: (ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite), acidity regulator: citric acid, spice, natural flavor), yeast extract, oregano. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F). Place the pies on a greased baking tray on a lower rack. Bake the pies for 30-35 minutes (depending on the performance of your oven) until they turn golden brown. NOTE: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Kihi with apple

Apple mixture 39%(fruit 86%, sugar 2%, modified corn starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, wheat fibers, gelling agent: (konjak gum, xanthan gum), apple flavor), wheat flour, water, cottonseed oil 10%, sugar 8%, corn starch, salt, dextrose, spices( cinnamon 0.2%, cardamon), gelling agent: xanthan gum, flavor: vanillin. Produced in a factory that uses dairy products, mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.
