Handmade pie, with wrinkled, crinkled and perfectly crispy filo pastry, cut into eight individual pieces. Zagorisia cheese pie with edam, myzithra and white cheese filling is sure to delight your customers!
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, edam cheese 17%, water, cottonseed oil, myzithra cheese 15%, white cheese 2%, salt, dextrose.BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (350-390°F). Place the pie on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes until they turn golden brown.
