Dialechta mini sausage pies with cheese dough, sausage & béchamel sauce

“Dialechta” mini sausage pies have it all! In addition to their delicious cheese dough, they are also filled with rich béchamel and sausage. Enjoy them all day long!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour , sausage 25% (pork meat, water, potato starch, salt, milk protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, lactose, spices, meat proteins, flavorings, emulsifiers: sodium diphosphate, sodium triphosphate, gum arabic, antioxidants: sodium erythorbate, sodium ascorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, preservative: sodium nitrite), vegetable fats 12% :( palm oil,palm stearin, soya bean oil, water, salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate, color: β-carotene,flavoring), milk product with vegetable fats: (pasteurized skimmed cow's milk, pasteurized condensed skimmed cow's milk, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, milk protein, modified corn and tapioca starches, yoghurt lactic acid bacteria , stabilizers: gelatin, preservative: potassium sorbate), cottonseed oil 5% bechamel powder 4%: (potato starch, milk proteins, palm oil, pasteurized skimmes milk powder, salt, thickener: sodium alginate , flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate,seasonings), parmesan 2.5% (pasteurized cow's milk, salt,microbial rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme ),Contain less than 2%: sugar, wheat fibers, dextrose, leavening agents :[disodium diphosphate,saleratus(sodium bicarbonate)], salt, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids,plant coloring: beta-carotene. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F). Place the mini pies on a tray after greasing it with a little butter or oil. Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake the mini pies for approx. 20 minutes (depending on the performance of your oven) until they turn golden brown. NOTE: Not suitable for microwave cooking - To cook more than one tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system!
