Mini Butter Croissants

Sharing fluffy delights with friends is the best way to start the day! Mini butter croissants from alfa and the day starts amazingly!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, vegetable fats: (coconut oil, rapessed oil ,water, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, coloring :b carotene),cows butter 12%,sugar, yeast, contains <2%:dough improver:(wheat flour, emulsifiers :e471, e472e, thickeners:e416,e466,e412,dough improver (wheat flour, flour treatment agents: ascorbic acid ,L-cysteine hydrochloride,enzymes),salt, vanillin. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products and egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Defreeze croissants at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place croissants on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. Bake at 170°-180°C (335-355°F) for approx. 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown. (For best results use the steam facility of your oven, if available) NOTE: Not suitable for microwave cooking - To cook more than one tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system!
